Solicitation Snark
Marvel solicitations for July are up.  And even if I don't read many of their comics, their copy is still fun to snark at.

• "Avengers Disassembled"?  More like "Avengers Constipated."  What is up with Cap's expression on that cover?

• OHOTMUA04:  "This is it: The Mighty Marvel Handbook returns!"  Uh, didn't it already return last month with OHOTMUSM04?  (Yeah, I know:  I re-read the solicitation for OHOTMUSM04.  It's nice to know Marvel has discovered the joys of cut & paste.)

• I swear, that better not be Peter Parker's parents -- or clones or robots or androids or anything of Peter Parker's parents -- in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #510.

• Don't be confused.  It's not what you think it is.  (If it were that other comic, her costume would be the one all torn and shredded.)

• Hey, Spider-Man fights that one ridiculously large-breasted woman with electro-superpowers and the white streak in her hair from Savage Dragon!  Does this count as an inter-company crossover?

• Call me old-fashioned, but this looks much more like a Living Brain than this does.

Man, I really hope X-Statix is collected in Marvel's oversized hardcover format sometime soon.
